Postgraduation Diploma and Vertical Transportation Engineering

Course Duration : 900 Hours and Three months internship

The program includes all aspects of the elevator industry, including maintenance, repair, modernization, installation, inspection, testing, and code requirements of elevator and
escalator equipment. Additionally, the curriculum is designed to provide students with soft skills, spoken English, and basic AutoCAD training required in the VT industry. The core curriculum of this program consists of customised theory of VT engineering and will take approximately 900 hours to complete. The course units consist of three basic parts: text-based workbook, on-the-job skills verification, and onsite training followed by course exams. Upon successful completion of the core curriculum, all the unit exams, all the skills verifications, all required courses, required on-the-job training, and the final exam, the candidate will become an AET (Associate Elevator Technician) and receive a certificate.

Eligibility

Plus 2/PUC/HSC with Science Subject.
ITI in Electrician, Fitter, Electronics, Mechanic.
Polytechnic Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical.
